Wakeboard | Caloosahatchee

A few weeks back Jeremy Jones hit me up and said Gator had a few kids down from Orlando that wanted to go out and hit a morning wakeboard session.  Jeremy is the main product design and ad lay out expert for Gator Boards based in Ft. Myers, Florida.  The weather was cloudy and partially rainy, so I did not bring any camera equipment out.  We spent a few hours on the water having fun before they had to go back up to Orlando that same day.  This past weekend they decided to come back down and set up some work on the Caloosahatchee river.  The river runs from lake Okeechobee to the Gulf of Mexico, and provides very picturesque backgrounds for wakeboarding.
It took 2 Elinchrom Ranger AS packs set to full power from the boat to freeze the riders.  After about 20 test shots to get the Pocket wizards dialed in on the boat (hanging from the tower, 70 yards away from me, moving 24 mile per hour), we had about 15 minutes to get the shots before it was pitch black outside.  I am very happy the with the way the shots turned out.  Thank you Nick Galotifiore, Terry Bailey, AJ Racinelli, Jermey Jones, and Erik "Gator" Lutgert.
